REFUND & RETURN POLICY

Thank you for your purchase. We are sorry for any negative experience that may be leading to the need for a refund or return.

1. Returns and Refund eligibility

We accept returns for unused workbooks within 30 days of delivery.. To qualify for a refund, the item must be:

  • In its original, resalable condition, unmarked, and undamaged (no writing, coloring, or highlighting).
  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

Used, written-in, or personalized items will not be accepted.

2. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

To initiate a return or exchange, please email us at info@mybibleworkbooks.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Please Include:

  1. Your order number
  2. The item name
  3. A brief explanation of the issue

Upon contact, we will reply with return instructions and mailing address instructions Unauthorized returns cannot be accepted. You will be notified if your return does not meet eligibility for refund.

Once approved, all return shipments must be postmarked within 7 business days of receiving your return authorization and instructions.

Exchanges:

To process an exchange, return the original, un-used and eligible item for a full refund (per our return criteria) and then place a new order for the desired item. This ensures you receive the correct item quickly and have full control over the new order.

 

3. Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect upon arrival.

·       We recommend using a trackable shipping method.  Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

 

4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your workbook arrives damaged or you received the wrong title, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery at info@mybibleworkbooks.com with:

  • A clear photo of the damage or error
  • Your order detail (Name, date of order)

Upon validation of the error, we will promptly send a replacement or issue a refund.

5. Refunds and Processing Time

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10-15 business days.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your approval notice and you haven’t received your refund, please first check with your bank or credit card company, as processing times vary. If you still do not see the refund, please contact us at info@mybibleworkbooks.com. With your approval details

 

6. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return:

  • Opened or written-in workbooks
  • Digital downloads and printables
  • Gift cards or sale items


7. International Orders

Our refund and return policy applies to all orders worldwide.

We honor the same 30-day return window and conditions for every customer, regardless of location:

  • Workbooks must be unused, unmarked, and in their original packaging.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of receiving the returned item.
