By visiting our website at www.mybibleworkbooks.com (the “Site”) and/or purchasing our children’s Bible workbooks (“Products”), you (“you”, “Customer”, “User”) agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). Please read them carefully. If you do not agree to all of these Terms, you must not use the Site or purchase from us.

1. Use of the Site & Eligibility

·       You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction or have the permission of a parent or guardian to use our Site and purchase Products.

·       You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information when creating your account, placing an order, or contacting us.

·       You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account passwords and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

2. Products & Orders

·       All Products are subject to availability and we reserve the right to limit quantities or cancel orders.

·       Prices, product offerings, and availability may change without notice. We may also discontinue Products at any time.

·       Your order constitutes an offer to purchase under these Terms. We reserve the right to accept or reject any order for any reason (including if the Product is unavailable, error in pricing, or suspected fraud).

Acceptance of your order, and the formation of a contract of sale, occurs when the Products you ordered are shipped to you. We will then proceed to fulfil the order in accordance with our policies.
